Requirements for Physical Fitness and Health Rafting is suitable for people who are mentally/physically fit and aged 14 to 60. It is not appropriate for people who are undergoing treatment, have a back or neck injury, have recently fractured, have any dislocation, have high blood pressure, asthma, neurological disorders, epilepsy, heart conditions, are pregnant, or have osteoporosis. Rafting is not permitted for anyone weighing more than 100 kg. Rafting trips are only available based on current water levels. River rafting is available on a shared basis; no separate raft for less than eight people is permitted. Rafting participants should always follow the instructions of the guide.
