CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/ unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:
- 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour / service cost.
- 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour / service cost.
- 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour / service cost.
- 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund.
PAYMENT POLICY:
- 20% at the time of Reservation Amount.
- 30% amount when will get hotel voucher
- Pay rest of amount on arrival at Haridwar

Short Chardham Yatra 2024 Tour Itinerary
Day 1 Delhi – Haridwar: – Arrive in Delhi, meet and greet with our representative and then drive to Haridwar on arrival at Haridwar check-in hotel. Take some Rest afterword Go for Ganga Arrti at Hari ki Puri after done back to hotel overnight stay.
Day 2: Haridwar – Guptkashi : After Breakfast check out from Hotel Then and drive to Guptkashi in Route Sightseeing davprayag, Rudraprayg Check in Hotel Overnight stay .
Day 3: Guptkashi – GouriKund- Kedarnath (35 Kms & 17 Kms trek) Early morning (5:00 AM) check-out from the hotel and drive to Gourikund. From here, we will start 17 Kms trek to Kedarnath. Either by walk, Doli or by horse at own cost. In the evening visit Shankaracharya Samadhi behind the temple and take a part in evening Aarti. Overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 4: Kedarnath – Gourikund – Guptkashi – (17 Kms Down Trek & 35 Kms 3 hrs by Road) Early morning (4:00 AM) go for temple darshan, after darshan back to hotel. After breakfast trek down to Gaurikund. Later drive to Guptkashi. On arrival check-in the Hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 5: Guptkashi – Badrinath (190 kms / 9 Hours Approx) Morning (7:00 AM) after breakfast drive to Badrinath via Chopta. On arrival check-in the hotel. After a short break go for interesting sightseeing of Mana Village (the last village before the Tibetan border). Visit Vyas Gufa, Ganesh Gufa, Charanpaduka, Bhim pul and the “Mukh” of the Saraswati River. After that back to hotel, In the evening go for aarti. Overnight at hotel.
Day 6: Badrinath – Joshimath – Srinagar – Early morning (4:00 AM) take bath in Taptkund it’s also called Suryakund. Then go for temple darshan, after having temple darshan back to Hotel. After breakfast check-out from hotel and drive to Srinagar . On arrival at Srinagar check-in Hotel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 7: Srinagar – Rishikesh – Delhi -Morning (8:00 AM) after breakfast drive to Rishikesh, take some rest and then go for sightseeing of Rishikesh city. Visit Laxman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Raghunath temple and Geeta Bhavan. Later driver to Delhi and Drop your onword destination.
